This clearly posted notice will include information<br \/>\n            about the reason for the disruption, its anticipated length of time,<br \/>\n            and a description of alternative facilities or services, if<br \/>\n            available.<br \/>\n          <\/span>\n        <\/p>\n<p>\n          <b><i><\/i><\/b\n          ><span class=\"s2\"\n            ><b><i>1.7 Employment<\/i><\/b><\/span\n          >\n        <\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">\n          <span class=\"s2\"\n            >We are committed to fair and accessible employment practices. Training will also be<br \/>\n            provided to Ontario people involved in the development of policies,<br \/>\n            plans, practices and procedures related to the provision of our<br \/>\n            goods and services.<\/span\n          >\n        <\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\n          <span class=\"s2\"\n            >Individuals in the following positions will be trained: Ontario HR,<br \/>\n            Ontario Reception.<\/span\n          >\n        <\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">Training will include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li5\">\n            <span class=\"s2\"\n              >An overview of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities<br \/>\n              Act, 2005 and the requirements of the customer service<br \/>\n              standard.<\/span\n            >\n          <\/li>\n<li class=\"li5\">\n            <span class=\"s2\">Grantek\u2019s policy related to this standard. <\/span>\n          <\/li>\n<li class=\"li5\">\n            <span class=\"s2\"\n              >How to interact and communicate with people with various types of<br \/>\n              disabilities.<br \/>\n            <\/span>\n          <\/li>\n<li class=\"li5\">\n            <span class=\"s2\"\n              >How to interact with people with disabilities who use an<br \/>\n              assistive device or require the assistance of a service animal or<br \/>\n              a support person.<\/span\n            >\n          <\/li>\n<li class=\"li5\">\n            <span class=\"s2\"\n              >What to do if a person with a disability is having difficulty in<br \/>\n              accessing Grantek\u2019s premises.<\/span\n            >\n          <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p4\">\n          <span class=\"s2\"\n            >Such employees will also be trained when changes are made to your<br \/>\n            accessible customer service plan.<br \/>\n          <\/span>\n        <\/p>\n<p>\n          <b><i><\/i><\/b\n          ><span class=\"s2\"\n            ><b\n              ><i>1.9 Accessible Formats and Communications Supports<\/i><\/b\n            ><\/span\n          >\n        <\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">\n          <span class=\"s2\"\n            >If a person with a disability needs an accessible format, or help<br \/>\n            to communicate with us, we will work with the person to provide the<br \/>\n            format or support that will meet their needs at no additional cost<br \/>\n            to them.
