Grantek’s Arthur Laszczewski Named a 2022 Engineering Leader Under 40
September 7, 2022
The Engineering Leaders Under 40 program recognizes manufacturing professionals under the age of 40 who are making a significant contribution to the control engineering and/or plant engineering professions. Research shows that finding, training and retaining workers is the biggest issue facing manufacturing today. The goal of the Engineering Leaders Under 40 program is to call attention to these successful young engineers in manufacturing and to show how manufacturers are recruiting and developing the next generation of manufacturing professionals. CFE Media, the publisher of Control Engineering Magazine and Plant Engineering Magazine, operates this program.
Arthur Laszczewski provides critical leadership, development, implementation and support of Grantek’s engineering solutions that deliver strong returns on investment and predictable outcomes for manufacturers who face automation, cybersecurity or machine safety challenges. Arthur was the first engineer hired when Grantek’s Vancouver, British Columbia, office was opened in 2012. Since then, Arthur has been a staple of Grantek’s West Coast operations. He has worked as a trusted resource and embedded engineer with a multi-national food and beverage company. His strong performance and work-ethic lead to a promotion to Systems Manager in 2016, another promotion to Client Solutions Manager followed in 2017. As a Client Solutions Manager, Arthur was instrumental in helping build Grantek’s business on the West Coast and throughout the Midwest. Arthur now serves as Grantek’s Associate Director of Smart Manufacturing Solutions.
