Mike Tidy has been named Grantek’s Vice President of Operations. Mike will lead Grantek’s Operations Team, including the Engineering and Delivery Groups.

Mike is a seasoned executive leader who has worked in technology-based businesses for the past 25 years. Mike joins Grantek after leading a team focused on delivering digital tools and data insights to manufacturing customers. The team Mike most recently led consisted of software developers, customer solution engineers, salespeople, product and services marketers, customer and solution operations teams and onsite Reliability Engineering consultants.

Mike’s passion is building winning teams, processes and strategies to deliver outstanding customer results and to increase customer intimacy. Mike and his wife have been married for 30 years and they have two children who are both currently attending university. Mike’s hobbies include home renovating, gardening, downhill skiing and cycling.

Mike is excited to join the Grantek team and to help build upon Grantek’s already outstanding record of success.
