A review of system performance, configuration drift, and whether the original business case is still being realized, with recommendations to close any gaps.

How is this different from a standard support contract?

Standard support fixes what breaks. This is proactive, it’s about catching drift and protecting the value of the original investment before something breaks.

Is this only for systems Grantek originally implemented?

No, though it’s a natural fit there. We also support environments implemented by other integrators.

How often do health checks happen?

That’s scoped to the client; some want quarterly reviews, others prefer an annual deep dive.

What happens if a health check finds a bigger issue?

We’ll scope a focused remediation project, which may loop back to one of our assessment or Navigator services depending on what’s found.
