SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics are the most common, and we work across others based on the client’s environment.

What’s “middleware” in this context?

The integration layer that moves and translates data between your MES/MOM systems and your ERP, so both sides get consistent, timely information without brittle direct connections.

Do you get involved during an ERP upgrade, or only after something breaks?

Both. Getting involved during the upgrade is the better outcome — it avoids building the same fragile integration twice.

Is this a standalone engagement, or does it connect to your other services?

It can be standalone, but it often comes out of an MES Navigator or MES Performance Assessment where the ERP-MES boundary is identified as a gap.

Who owns the middleware after you build it?

You do. We build for maintainability by your team, with documentation, not a black box that requires us indefinitely.
