The International Society of Automation (ISA) recently named a Grantek Safety Practice expert the Machinery Safety Sub-committee Chair for their Safety and Cybersecurity Division.

Jeff Winter, Director of Safety Practice at Grantek, will lead a committee focused on Machinery Safety. The goal of the Safety and Cybersecurity Division is to help ISA members grow professionally and personally while allowing for transfer of knowledge and information between members. Winter has worked for several different safety product manufacturers throughout his career.

In his role as Machinery Safety Sub-committee Chair, Winter will take a leadership position with ISA as the organization develops and delivers programing for conferences, meetings and webinars. This appointment ensures Winter’s over 10 years of experience in the machine safety field will contribute to the industry leading content made available to all ISA members.
