Dylan De Anna is a Systems Designer in Grantek’s Chicago Office. Dylan is an Automation and Controls Engineer with over 7 years of experience in the food and beverage manufacturing industry. Dylan is primarily focused on design and implementation of control systems with specialization in machine safety (CMSE®). During his career, Dylan has experience planning and executing projects under strict time and budget considerations. Dylan is well versed in problem solving techniques and root cause data analysis. Able to function effectively as an individual or as a member of a cross-functional team.

George Kokkinias, MEM is the Operations Manager for Grantek’s Chicago Office. George has 10 years of experience leading automation and manufacturing operations improvement projects. George began his career managing the new capital equipment program for BorgWarner, an American automotive and e-mobility supplier headquartered in Auburn Hills, MI. Since joining Grantek’s Chicago Office George has served as Systems Engineer, Client Success Manager and Operations Manager. Recently George’s focus involves helping North American food manufacturers improve their label verification processes and systems; protecting their operations with correct labels to reduce waste, mitigating reputational damage from recalls and helping them maintain regulatory compliance.
